About Réaul

This quartet from Indianapolis is a unique blend of influences reaching from pop, rock, county, and even some edm. The vocals have been compared to Chris Martin of Coldplay and Adam Levine of Maroon 5. With Black Stone Cherry's Jon Lawhon producing the band's latest releases, the guitars are big, thick, and full of attitude. The band's approach going into the latest set of releases, was to create the best songs possible and not be confined to Réaul's "sound".

Before spending time writing the latest batch of songs, Réaul spent time out on the road touring with Cavo and Black Stone Cherry. With over 360 shows under their belt, they are no strangers to being on the road and entertaining the masses. They have also had the privilege to share the stage with acts including Plain White T's, Joe Jonas, Demi Lovato, Blink 182, My Chemical Romance, Black Stone Cherry, Cavo, Janus, and The Veer Union to name a few.

Réaul began with lead vocalist / songwriter Rick Connell and bassist Michael Neeley in late 2006. As Michael explains, "Rick and I had played in other bands growing up, but when we got together we knew there was something incredibly special about the music we were creating...the songs were hits." The rest of the band filled in quickly when Réaul brought on-board Nate Metzler (Drums) and Dave Kriebel (Lead Guitar).

Réaul's first release, a self-titled 3 song EP, came out December 5th, 2007. The band followed up with "Take Me Away," a single release to iTunes and Amazon in October 2009. The "Casino Heart" EP hit shelves May 24th, 2011 and put the band out on the road. Starting in May of 2016, Réaul started releasing new singles, which to date, have been the most diverse and well crafted songs they have ever created.
